The brain controls everything… ever-y-thing, most of it unconscious, all movement is brain derived. So lets go to the source to improve our movement! In this course Mira covers how our brains gather, integrate and learn movement. It will be part lecture, part movement and joint mapping, and will teach you an invaluable communication tool with your Central Nervous System. Mira offers a fresh scientifically-backed perspective on movement fluency, coordination and balance.
